Teacher Training

Our studio offers a variety of continuing education workshops and training opportunities for Pilates instructors. In December 2024, we hosted two popular workshops: “Matwork with a Fascial Focus” and “Mat-Plus Evolved”. These sessions provided instructors with valuable insights and advanced techniques to enhance their practice and teaching skills. We also  recently completed a “Reformer Intensive Training.”

Coming April 2025: Intensive Mat-Plus STOTT PILATES® Training

This training is led by our own Kim Marian, a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer. You will receive complete instruction in pilates principles while learning to teach essential and intermediate exercises with countless modifications. This course is for those interested in becoming a pilates instructor or for deepening their own practice and knowledge.
